HEY! IT’S ME is a professional digital identity service operated by HANGARD TASARIM VE TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“HANGARD”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the HEY! IT’S ME mobile application, website and related services.

Depending on how you use HEY! IT’S ME, we may process account information such as your email address and authentication information; profile information you choose to add, such as your name, job title, company, phone number, email address, profile or cover photo, website, portfolio and social-media links; information you provide when contacting support; and limited technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service, such as IP address, device/browser information and service logs.

If you choose to use features that require access to your camera, photos or contacts, HEY! IT’S ME uses those permissions only to provide the action you request, such as selecting or taking a profile photo or saving contact information. You can manage device permissions in your device settings.

We use personal information to create and maintain your account and profile; display information you choose to make available through your profile; provide sharing, contact and profile-management features; authenticate users; provide customer support; protect the service against misuse and security incidents; maintain and improve reliability; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Public Profile Information
HEY! IT’S ME is designed to help you share professional information. Information you choose to publish on your public profile may be visible to anyone who has or discovers your profile link, QR code or company-domain profile. Please only publish information you are comfortable making available to others.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may provide information to service providers that help us host, secure, maintain or support HEY! IT’S ME, only as needed to provide those services and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation or a valid legal process.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymize associated personal information unless we are legally required to retain specific information for a longer period.

You may request deletion of your HEY! IT’S ME account and associated personal information through the account settings in the app when this option is available, or through our account-deletion page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request. Data that must be retained by law may be kept only for the required period.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Processing

HEY! IT’S ME is intended for professional networking and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request children to create profiles for the service.
